Holymind ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Holymind app handles information.

1. Information We Collect

Holymind does not collect personal data from users.

The app does not require account creation, and we do not collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information through the app.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Holymind may store certain data locally on your device so the app can work properly. This may include your profile name, app preferences, progress, streaks, settings, study activity, and related app state. For example:

  • study progress and activity
  • streaks and achievements
  • XP and level progress
  • selected app settings and preferences
  • Focus Time configuration

This information is kept on your device to provide core functionality and is not transmitted to us unless we say otherwise elsewhere in this policy.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Holymind offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features.

Subscriptions are purchased, billed, and managed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store your full payment card details or other complete billing information.

To provide premium access, Holymind may check your subscription status, purchase status, and related transaction information through Apple's systems. This information is used only to determine whether premium features should be unlocked in the app.

4. Focus Time and Screen Time Permissions

Holymind includes an optional Focus Time feature that can help users reduce distractions during Bible study.

If you choose to use this feature, the app may request access to Apple Screen Time / Family Controls permissions. These permissions are used only to enable the optional Focus Time functionality selected by the user.

We do not receive or collect your Screen Time data.

5. Analytics and Tracking

Holymind does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies to monitor users across apps or websites.

6. Third-Party Services

Holymind may use Apple-provided system frameworks and services necessary for the app to function, including optional Screen Time / Family Controls APIs.

Any data handled by Apple services is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, your notification preferences may be stored locally on your device. Notifications are delivered using Apple services. Holymind does not use notifications for advertising or third-party tracking.

8. Children's Privacy

Holymind does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties because we do not collect personal information through the app.

10. Your Choices

You can stop using optional features such as Focus Time or notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or through the App Store, as described by Apple.

You may also delete the app at any time, which will remove app data stored locally on your device, subject to your device and backup settings.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
